When the bike is produced, it takes 1-2 weeks, depending on the country, to deliver our bike to your door. Shortly after placing an order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received and is now being processed. Once we ship your new BZEN E-Bike, you will be provided with a track and trace code via email. The delivery time may be extended in times of high demand.
