Step 1: Local repairs
Thanks to our use of high-quality and widely available branded components, most repairs or standard maintenance can be carried out by any local bike shop of your choice.

Warranty coverage
If the problem is covered by the warranty, BZEN will cover all costs – provided that:
the repair takes place in one of our certified partner workshops, or
the workshop and repair estimate were approved by BZEN in advance, and
the invoice is issued in the name of BZEN SRL, Croix Henrard 22, B-4140 Sprimont, Belgium.
BZEN decides whether the required parts are sent directly to the workshop or whether we purchase them there – depending on availability and price.
